Director, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives in the Web3 industry
• Own all global compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, annual incentive plans, and equity processes
• Oversee executive compensation programs and manage Compensation Committee meetings in partnership with Legal and the Head of People
• Design and implement compelling global benefits strategies and manage vendor relationships, including international brokers
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership on the design and governance of global Sales Compensation plans
• Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of developing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies
• Experience managing executive compensation and supporting compensation committees
• International benefits experience across multiple countries and regions
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to build and scale programs in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
