About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the ticketing program for various NCAA sports, including basketball, football, ice hockey, lacrosse, and volleyball
- Manage digital ticketing software, execute sales, and generate trend reports
- Coordinate all ticket sales and financial transactions with the Business Office
- Supervise, train, and recruit student staff and support personnel for ticketing and equipment operations
- Manage the athletic equipment room, including inventory control, purchasing, and budget oversight
- Ensure all team equipment and uniforms meet safety standards (OSHA and NCAA) and are distributed appropriately
- Coordinate laundry room operations and equipment maintenance
- Manage athletic contracts and institutional branding efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment
- Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA) Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with intercollegiate ticketing best practices
- Knowledge of NCAA and OSHA equipment safety regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
