Director TIC Operations, Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities and drive alignment for the EVP & President, TIC, to ensure strategic execution across the organization.
• Lead the TIC strategy and long-range planning process, collaborating with operating teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Oversee the governance of the TIC organizational design, operating model, and team cadences.
• Prepare the executive for critical meetings, including Board meetings, by synthesizing necessary information and materials.
• Manage internal and external communications, including drafting reports, presentations, and newsletters.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through a metrics-driven culture.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional, high-impact projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of professional experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and a data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adopt an executive's "voice."
• Proven project management skills and the ability to create order out of complex situations.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• International experience in dynamic environments.
• Experience working within highly scientific or engineering sectors and industries.

• Competitive salary range of $152,000 to $202,000.
