About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage priorities and drive alignment for the EVP & President, TIC, to ensure strategic execution across the organization.
- Lead the TIC strategy and long-range planning process, collaborating with operating teams and enterprise stakeholders.
- Oversee the governance of the TIC organizational design, operating model, and team cadences.
- Prepare the executive for critical meetings, including Board meetings, by synthesizing necessary information and materials.
- Manage internal and external communications, including drafting reports, presentations, and newsletters.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through a metrics-driven culture.
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional, high-impact projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of professional experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and a data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adopt an executive's "voice."
- Proven project management skills and the ability to create order out of complex situations.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- International experience in dynamic environments.
- Experience working within highly scientific or engineering sectors and industries.

- Competitive salary range of $152,000 to $202,000.
