About the role
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and hit ambitious territory sales targets across Boston, Washington D.C., Chicago, and the Great Lakes region
- Build and execute market-specific growth strategies tailored to local dynamics and customer segments
- Maintain clear pipelines, conduct deal reviews, and engage in day-to-day team activity
- Lead, mentor, and develop Territory Managers to exceed individual quotas
- Travel up to 50% to be present with team members and key customers
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Build strong relationships with property managers, co-op boards, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of direct management experience for quota-carrying teams
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team revenue targets
- Highly analytical and data-driven with Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or climate tech is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% across assigned territories
