Director, Technology Partners

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Managers, providing direction, deal coaching, and operational oversight.
• Drive activation across the technology partner portfolio, including AI platforms, frontier labs, and developer platforms.
• Transition partner relationships from signed agreements to active co-sell motions and measurable pipeline contribution.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between Partnerships and the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure field sellers are equipped with the materials and context needed to co-sell with technology partners.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and report on program performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships or business development at a technology company.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of partnership professionals.
• Technical fluency in how AI applications are built to engage with technical partners and product leaders.
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, specifically coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to turn high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes.
