Director, Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical programs to deliver on critical business goals and build highly scalable platforms and products
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle
• Grow and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while building the foundations for the TPM practice
• Simplify technically complex concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
• Drive execution, follow-through, accountability, and results through exceptional cross-team collaboration
• Use a quantitative, systems-thinking approach to solve complex problems and implement holistic solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience with distributed computing
• Experience with cloud computing architecture
• Experience with Agile delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture
• 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional leadership
• Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
