Director, Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs that deliver critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms within the Bank Tech division
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle
• Grow and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while building the foundations for the TPM practice
• Simplify technically complex concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
• Drive execution, follow-through, accountability, and results through exceptional cross-team collaboration
• Act as a systems thinker to implement holistic solutions to complex problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience with distributed computing
• Experience with cloud computing and AWS architecture
• Experience with Agile delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using AWS
• 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Master's Degree or MBA in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
