Director, Tax

Responsibilities

• Define and lead comprehensive US international and global tax strategies aligned with business objectives
• Serve as the senior advisor on intercompany transactions and global transfer pricing policies
• Lead research and provide analysis on complex US international tax matters including Pillar II, GILTI, and BEAT
• Own the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740
• Oversee the quantification and management of tax reserves in compliance with ASC 450
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Monitor and assess tax law changes and translate complex matters into guidance for executive stakeholders

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience
• Strong focus on tax planning for multinational corporations in EMEA and APAC
• Deep expertise in US international tax and transfer pricing principles
• Proven track record developing tax forecasts and sophisticated tax models
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and ASC 450
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or LLM in Taxation
• Combined Big 4 or law firm and technology industry experience
• Accounting system experience such as Oracle or similar ERP
