About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in defining and implementing practical strategies to optimize employee experience and enable organizational performance.
  • Design, develop, and execute outcome-focused approaches related to talent attraction, retention, development, and engagement.
  • Lead organizational transformation and change management programs, specifically focusing on human capital-related change.
  • Evolve organizational models, governance, culture initiatives, and future of work strategies.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities, designing integrated solutions to meet client needs and converting them into profitable sales.
  • Provide deep project management expertise to ensure disciplined execution, financial management, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and the implementation of new tools and approaches.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience leading sales and delivering innovative strategies that align employee priorities with business strategy.
  • Proven experience managing organizational transformation and change management projects (e.g., M&A, wellbeing, or corporate culture).
  • Extensive consulting experience with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, science, arts, or an equivalent field.
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) is required for professional-quality documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in English is required for regular interaction with global clients and teams.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or CMI).
  • Global experience in client relationship management and revenue generation.
