About the role

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement the ASM Talent Management strategy in alignment with business priorities and growth trajectory
  • Bring outside-in perspectives by benchmarking talent practices against semiconductor peers and leading technology companies
  • Own end-to-end Talent Management processes, including Talent Reviews, succession planning, and leadership potential calibration
  • Design and implement high-impact talent programs to strengthen the leadership bench across all global entities
  • Act as a trusted consultant to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on talent, career development, and coaching
  • Monitor emerging industry trends in workforce planning and organizational design to ensure talent frameworks remain future-ready
  • Drive operational excellence in talent initiatives, including budget and vendor management

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR and Talent/Culture Centers of Excellence
  • Deep expertise in talent management, executive leadership development, and succession planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and benchmarking skills with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with experience preparing materials for executive and board-level audiences
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF)
  • Assessment certifications such as Hogan, MBTI, or Insights Discovery
