Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting managers and individual contributors across all functions
• Run a performance and data-driven recruiting team by driving pipeline and holding the team accountable to metrics
• Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities
• Oversee the recruiting lifecycle for executive-level positions
• Build an AI-driven recruiting function and scalable playbooks
• Source candidates directly and own requisitions when needed
• Build an employer brand that attracts top talent

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including leading leaders and building high-performing teams
• Experience at a SaaS company of meaningful scale
• Sales team mentality with a focus on pipeline reviews and accountability
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and coaching
• First principles thinking and ability to move with extreme urgency
• AI fluency and current use of AI to improve recruiting outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical recruiting background (Engineering, Product, etc.)
• Deep sourcing expertise
