About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle, including process design, coordination, and operational standards.
- Own and optimize the TA technology stack, driving adoption and data integrity across all recruiting systems and integrations.
- Manage TA vendor relationships, including job boards, sourcing tools, and staffing partners, while overseeing contract negotiations and budgets.
- Lead the talent sourcing function to build proactive pipeline capabilities and scale offshore sourcing.
- Develop recruiter and hiring manager enablement programs, such as training, playbooks, and toolkits.
- Provide strategic direction to the Employer Brand function to enhance presence across content and career sites.
- Define and own TA analytics, translating pipeline and efficiency data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team spanning operations, coordination, sourcing, and employer brand.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership responsibility in recruiting operations, systems, or enablement.
- Proven track record of building and scaling TA infrastructure in a high-growth, distributed environment.
- Deep familiarity with the TA technology landscape and experience owning an ATS.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiations, and budget oversight.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to build reporting that drives strategic decisions.
- Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
