Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas region talent acquisition strategy to support high-growth business priorities and workforce plans.
• Manage a high-performing team of recruiters, providing coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping, talent pooling, and direct outreach for critical roles.
• Establish and measure key TA metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and funnel conversion to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure inclusive hiring processes and strengthen employer branding in collaboration with Marketing.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, technology, and tools to increase hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a recruiting function or team.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with senior leaders.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Private Equity or financial services.
