Director, Talent Acquisition, GBS

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition in GBS Colombia for Global Operations, Technology, and Control functions.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for Global Talent Acquisition strategies and the future of TA.
• Manage and coach a high-performing on-site talent acquisition team to deepen client relationships.
• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to implement forward-thinking strategies that establish the bank as an employer of choice.
• Develop and implement talent insights to align people competencies with business priorities.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure proper candidate slate representation across all designated groups.
• Manage internal and external ROI, identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities within TA partnerships.
• Lead transformative programs to increase recruitment capability in key markets and business lines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive and innovative leadership experience within Talent Acquisition.
• 10+ years of experience managing and developing technical, high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
• Proven track record of leading transformative initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of the Technology Talent Acquisition landscape, including sourcing and candidate relationship management tools.
• Experience with various HR systems, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a collaborative, global environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
