About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and evolve Collibra’s global talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business priorities and growth plans
- Redesign TA operations for an AI-native environment, utilizing automation and AI to improve sourcing, screening, and recruiter productivity
- Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies and talent pipelines
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that operates as strategic business partners
- Build recruiting operating rhythms, reporting, and market intelligence to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance
- Drive hiring excellence across candidate quality, speed, process effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Employer Brand and hiring managers to strengthen Collibra’s position as a top talent destination
- Evaluate and govern recruiting technology and AI capabilities, balancing innovation with risk management
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are seamlessly integrated into the candidate experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Experience hiring across both go-to-market (GTM) and technical organizations
- Proven track record of building or significantly transforming TA teams, operating models, or recruiting strategies
- Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting tools and modern workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to drive measurable outcomes
- Experience designing or overhauling TA operating models, including embedding AI fluency into hiring processes
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making using data and market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
