Director, Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute supply plans across all brands and SKUs to ensure on-time availability and optimal inventory levels
• Translate demand forecasts from the S&OP process into actionable production plans
• Own inventory performance metrics including days of supply, fill rate, and inventory turns
• Partner with co-manufacturers and procurement to manage production scheduling and material availability
• Lead supply exception management to resolve shortfalls, overstock, and disruptions
• Maintain supply planning systems, data integrity, and planning parameters
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and operations
• Support innovation and new product launches through supply ramp-up plans
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track supply plan adherence and inventory health
• Contribute to the monthly S&OP process by preparing supply-side inputs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant supply planning or demand/supply chain experience, preferably in CPG or food & beverage
• Demonstrated ownership of supply plan performance and inventory management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Atlas, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable supply decisions
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and co-manufacturing environments
• Advanced Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
