Director, Supply Chain - Transformation & Integration

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the global supply chain transformation roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Lead the end-to-end governance of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Drive the adoption of new capabilities and processes through structured change management frameworks.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma principles to embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and visual dashboards to track transformation progress and process health.
• Facilitate the supply chain integration of new assets from mergers and acquisitions, ensuring readiness across planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Manage functional workstreams during integrations to align risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean/Six Sigma, remediation, and CAPA.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
