Director, Supply Chain & Planning Technologies

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology products, from strategic roadmap through deployment and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain highly scalable, resilient platforms capable of handling complex, high-volume operational demands
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers with deep supply chain domain expertise
• Manage the technology budget, including capital expenditures, operating costs, vendor contracts, and licensing
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options to determine the optimal approach for new capabilities
• Serve as the primary technology liaison between supply chain operations, leadership, and enterprise technology partners
• Oversee solutions across logistics, transportation management, warehouse operations, and international multi-modal execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in inbound transportation, including carrier management, freight procurement, and network optimization
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and mentoring
• Experience managing technology budgets of $1M+ and handling vendor contracts and procurement negotiations
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring enterprise supply chain platforms such as ERP, TMS, or WMS
• Demonstrated experience with upstream ERP and planning processes, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex international supply chains, including cross-border shipping and customs compliance
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution center operations, including WMS and order fulfillment
• Proven track record of leading product management teams with specialized supply chain domain expertise
