Director, Supply Chain Mgmt

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain organization for the Electronic Warfare Division, managing approximately $180-$200 million in annual spending.
• Manage a team of 60-70 members, including subcontracts, material planning, and supply chain program management functions.
• Oversee the staffing and development of the supply chain team in alignment with program and departmental budget plans.
• Partner with engineering and program teams to influence new product and program designs for optimal supply chain outcomes.
• Drive year-over-year productivity improvements in supplier quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Establish direction for new processes, systems, solutions, and products through strategic reasoning and interpretation.
• Develop and execute tactical and operational plans and goals for the supply chain department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• 19+ years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience leading the acquisition of custom, complex Electronic RF assemblies.
