Director, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain operations and personnel, including task prioritization, training, and performance reviews to meet company objectives.
• Direct planning functions to ensure adherence to site production schedules and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for EU and ROW markets, coordinating site activities to ensure successful product launches.
• Implement and develop supply chain policies, procedures, standards, and electronic planning systems.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain required inventory levels and resolve quality-related issues with external suppliers.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve product review and release issues to meet customer needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and performance.
• Manage master data requirements and coordinate requests to ensure timely action and response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex supply chain processes and personnel.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic solutions to support planning operations.
• In-depth understanding of industry practices, principles, and standards within the supply chain field.
