About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global team of quality engineers and professionals responsible for quality assurance across a global network of suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.
  • Develop and implement a global supplier quality strategy and roadmap to drive product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with product engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure NPI launch readiness, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP approval.
  • Drive issue resolution with suppliers regarding manufacturing and field quality, establishing containment and root cause analysis.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Lean and Six Sigma professionals to deliver continuous improvement across Supply Chain and Digital organizations.
  • Deploy a Lean Six Sigma operating system to reduce waste, improve productivity, and foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics (e.g., Warranty, PPM) and utilize data to drive systemic improvements.
  • Support supplier sustainability processes to align with corporate sustainability targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain manufacturing and supplier quality.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Mastery of Six Sigma tools and concepts, including DMAIC, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Proven experience in transformational program management and leading large-scale organizational change.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making using tools like Minitab, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Black Belt certification.
  • Experience working with PC Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
  • Advanced university degree.
  • Experience operating within a Lean production system (e.g., TPS).
  • Experience developing and leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
