About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global strategy and governance framework to optimize supplier performance and relationships across diverse procurement categories.
  • Build the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SPRM) Centre of Excellence from the ground up, defining methodology, tooling, and talent models.
  • Design and implement a centralized, risk-aware supplier lifecycle including onboarding, qualification, contracting, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management to drive adoption of new processes and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to embed financial health tracking, business continuity, and ESG compliance into the supplier lifecycle.
  • Create performance dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide real-time insights into supplier effectiveness regarding cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to frontline procurement and operations teams, providing playbooks, templates, and decision-support tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in global Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supplier Relationship Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of SPRM programs or functions.
  • Deep expertise in indirect procurement, including categories such as facilities management, professional services, and technology.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and modernizing functions through technology enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier governance frameworks, risk management principles, and scorecard design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level supplier relationships and lead strategic business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate or facilities management sector.
  • Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
  • Proficiency with SPRM platforms, CLM, CMMS, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
