Director Studio Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for the co-development studio aligned with organizational goals
• Foster effective collaboration between studios by ensuring alignment on project timelines and resource allocation
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, resource allocation, and project planning
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to high quality standards
• Continuously optimize internal processes to improve team efficiency and performance
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing studio leadership team
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast, budget, and report financial performance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the video game industry
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in studio or functional team management
• Proven track record in team leadership and budget management
• Deep understanding of video game development processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience building innovative and collaborative cultures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
