Director Studio Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Co-Development Studio
• Drive cross-studio collaboration and resource allocation
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and project scheduling
• Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing studio leadership group
• Manage the studio’s profit and loss (P&L) and financial forecasting
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Act as a liaison between the Co-Development team and supported video game studios

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the video game industry
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in studio or functional team management
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Deep understanding of video game development processes
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
