About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution processes across the Consumer Products & Experiences organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage high-priority strategic initiatives from framing and planning through to stakeholder alignment and delivery.
- Build and manage scalable operating cadences, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
- Establish governance frameworks, including decision logs, escalation paths, and accountability structures.
- Partner with senior executives to translate complex strategic work into clear executive-level narratives and presentations.
- Drive operational alignment across global and regional teams to improve communication and execution efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Brand, Product Development, Licensing, Commercial, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, or consulting.
- Proven experience operating within complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities, including the development of decision-ready materials.
- High level of financial and analytical fluency, including KPI management and business case development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, retail, or media industries.
- Familiarity with global brand organizations and franchise-driven business models.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, or strategic alliances.
