Director Strategy, Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic and operating plans for the Healthcare business to drive innovation and scale.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, framing critical strategic questions and market trends.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities within core segments, adjacencies, and emerging ecosystems.
• Build and manage an M&A pipeline in collaboration with business leaders and corporate finance teams.
• Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify disruption risks and partnership opportunities.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear investment priorities and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, M&A diligence, or management consulting.
• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, unstructured problems.
• Proven experience in M&A, strategic alliances, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to link strategy to capital allocation and commercial performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading university.
• Prior professional experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting or M&A advisory firm.
