Responsibilities
- Lead full-funnel, cross-channel strategy across campaigns, launches, and always-on activity for a major CPG client
- Identify emerging cultural signals and shifts to translate them into strategic and creative opportunities
- Define the role of channels across paid, owned, earned, and creator ecosystems
- Build communications architectures that reflect how people discover, engage, and act
- Partner with media and analytics leaders to translate strategy into actionable media plans
- Define success metrics across insight strength, cultural relevance, and business outcomes
- Manage and mentor a team of communications planners and strategists
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated brand planning, or communications planning
- Strong experience leading communications strategy for large, complex CPG businesses
- Proven ability to uncover human insights and translate them into creative direction
- Deeply attuned to culture and real-time cultural signals
- Experience working closely with creative and media planning/buying teams
- Strong storytelling and client management skills
