Director, Strategy and Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Franchise, and Corporate Operations teams.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate initiative impact, ROI, and resource requirements.
• Develop in-depth analyses of business performance, including exam KPIs, profitability models, and sales correlations.
• Create high-quality, executive-level presentations that translate complex data into compelling visual stories for leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance business models and industry trends within the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Analytics, or Strategy within consulting, medical, or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in analyzing large quantities of data and translating them into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects independently and simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to navigate organizational structures.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically and develop strategic frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, a highly analytical field, or an MBA.
• Direct experience in retail, insurance, audiology, or medtech industries.
