About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them to support the frontier of AI development.

Responsibilities

• Own how Fluidstack negotiates deals and runs the commercial process to secure best terms.
• Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle from kickoff through signature and handoff to delivery.
• Build and maintain deal tracking, documentation standards, and workflows.
• Create stage gates, readiness checklists, and escalation paths to ensure repeatable processes.
• Partner with legal to drive contracts to signature on aggressive timelines.
• Report deal status and pipeline health to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience owning high-stakes commercial negotiations (M&A, leveraged finance, or complex infrastructure).
• Proven ability to close large, multi-party deals under time pressure.
• Experience building and operationalizing deal processes from scratch.
• Ability to drive contracts to signature with legal on aggressive timelines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with leadership, legal, and external counterparts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in banking, law, or corporate development.
• Experience with infrastructure, energy, or data center transactions.
• Experience building a deal desk or commercial-ops function.
