Director, Strategic Sales & Analytics, US Beauty

Responsibilities

• Lead US Beauty strategic sales and analytics to deliver market share, distribution, and revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals and KPIs
• Identify market trends, category dynamics, and competitive insights
• Translate analytics into actionable strategies for performance and profitability
• Partner in the weekly and monthly operating model to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Strengthen retailer relationships to secure incremental distribution and shelf share
• Evaluate retailer performance and optimize promotional plans and ROI
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to shape product roadmaps
• Oversee lifecycle management including pricing, trade strategy, and product optimization
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, category management, or commercial analytics
• Experience within consumer goods, retail, or durable products preferred
• Proven success driving market share and sales growth through data-driven strategies
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic acumen
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and influence skills
• Ability to travel on a quarterly basis

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Applicable experience in analytics
