About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mobilize the strategic planning community to foster collaboration and best practice sharing
- Ensure end-to-end schedule alignment across functions, regions, and project levels
- Drive the deployment and continuous improvement of planning standards, tools, and methodologies
- Define and implement enterprise-wide planning processes
- Support project bids and execution with robust, reliable planning strategies
- Coach and mentor planning experts and stakeholders toward excellence
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and proactive risk and opportunity management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
- 10+ years of experience in planning, project management, or supply chain
- Deep expertise in planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Planisware, or Kinaxis
- Proven experience in the railway, construction, or large-scale industrial sectors
- Ability to influence high-level stakeholders within a matrix organization
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent decision-making and priority management skills
- Fluency in both French and English
