Director, Strategic Planning

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic leader and the voice of the customer for assigned brands
• Partner with account and creative teams to identify business opportunities and crystallize client needs
• Synthesize large quantities of data to extract actionable insights and strategic conclusions
• Develop comprehensive multichannel strategies, including brand strategies and patient/HCP journeys
• Lead internal and client-facing workshops to design and facilitate strategic goals
• Shepherd behavioral insights through all stages of development to creative output
• Guide multi-discipline teams regarding digital, mobile, and social marketing trends

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning or related communications
• Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
• Proven track record in developing and delivering digital multichannel strategies
• Deep understanding of digital channels, including CRM and social media
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in advertising agencies
• Exceptional storytelling and persuasive presentation skills
