About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a network of institutional capital partners, infrastructure operators, and strategic investors
• Originate partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and assessing credibility
• Scope opportunities with internal experts across engineering, finance, legal, and compliance
• Lead commercial conversations on deal economics including structure, returns, and terms
• Hand qualified, scoped opportunities to the delivery team
• Represent Nebius at C-level with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and investment decision-makers
• Triage inbound interest and route opportunities to the correct owners

Requirements

• Track record of building relationships with institutional capital allocators and closing deals
• Entrepreneurial background in early-stage environments
• Financial fluency regarding IRR, returns, capex, and gross vs. net economics
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure such as compute, power, and cooling
• Proven comfort operating at C-level with senior decision-makers
• Strong commercial judgement regarding large infrastructure deals
• Willingness to travel across multiple geographies
