Director, Strategic Initiatives Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives for the North America Regional President and Executive Office.
• Drive AI transformation by defining the vision, operating models, and success metrics for embedding AI workflows across the business.
• Manage "surge work" by parachuting into critical executive priorities to drive them through to resolution.
• Optimize regional business operations, including reshaping team operating models and streamlining core processes.
• Act as a PMO for major client moments, ensuring cross-functional readiness and tight execution of client plans.
• Translate complex, messy data and ambiguous problems into sharp, executive-ready strategies and actionable plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and high-design PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (Master's, MBA, JD, or MD).
• Experience in top-tier management consulting or a similar high-stakes operational role.
• Proven track record of leading AI transformation or implementing AI-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure and repeatable processes from scratch.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and experience managing sensitive, confidential information.
