Responsibilities

• Own and drive key company-level financial and strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning and forecasting
• Act as a thought partner to executives on pricing, partnerships, and product strategy
• Build and evolve financial and operating models
• Identify and execute high-impact opportunities through data synthesis
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive and board-level audiences

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic finance, FP&A, biz ops, consulting, or investment banking experience
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and attention to detail
• Experience in high-growth, scaling companies preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Ability to operate with a high level of ambiguity and a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of fintech or financial services business models
• Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools
• Interest in leveraging AI for complex data analysis
