About the role
Responsibilities
- Own client outcomes end-to-end, leading the full lifecycle of highest-value accounts from onboarding through retention and expansion
- Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders to diagnose business challenges and embed Enigma data into workflows
- Drive expansion and commercial growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Shape product and GTM strategy by synthesizing customer feedback and market signals
- Lead complex engagements and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong structured thinking and ability to drive execution with rigor
- Commercially minded with experience building and defending revenue
- Executive presence for presenting to C-level audiences
- Analytical proficiency with SQL and Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or data/SaaS
- Familiarity with data products, APIs, business intelligence tools, or ML concepts
- Track record of managing strategic and high-value client relationships
