Director Spa and Salon

Responsibilities

• Champion the consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star service standards across all guest touchpoints
• Oversee full scope of spa operations, including treatment rooms, wellness programming, and service flow optimization
• Partner with Revenue Management and Reservations to optimize forecasting and rate strategies
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Fitness teams to curate integrated, holistic wellness experiences
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for spa and hotel leadership teams
• Leverage CRM and PMS platforms to personalize guest experiences and strengthen loyalty
• Monitor operational KPIs and guest satisfaction scores to drive continuous service enhancement
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations
• At least 5 years in a senior spa or wellness leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related discipline
• Strong business acumen with experience in large, complex luxury environments
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin is an advantage
