Director, Source 1 Parts

Responsibilities

• Drive and support growth playbook execution to increase revenue, margin, and market share for direct and indirect channels
• Develop and implement strategic sales programs including pricing, promotions, marketing, and new product offerings
• Manage distributor dashboards and performance to drive sales visibility and accountability
• Develop portfolio segmentation to visualize growth areas or exit plans
• Partner with Regional Leaders, Product Management, and Solutions teams to define tactical growth moves
• Manage channel conflict between distributors where necessary
• Establish forums for cross-functional collaboration between product, parts, and sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
• 8+ years of progressive experience in aftermarket, channel management, and marketing
• Proven leadership experience in aftermarket channel strategy
• Willingness to travel 30–40% to engage with customers and understand operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or MBA)
• Technical expertise in HVAC product lines or active participation in industry associations (e.g., ASHRAE, HARDI)
• Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
• Certification in Six Sigma or working knowledge of lean methodologies
