Director, Solutions Architect Agent AI

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture standards and reference patterns for AI-powered applications and intelligent agent systems
• Establish scalable approaches for orchestration, retrieval, workflow automation, and memory management
• Lead the development and adoption of reusable AI platform capabilities, frameworks, and developer tooling
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that create business value
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms, models, frameworks, and technologies
• Shape the roadmap for enterprise AI services in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical leadership
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud applications and distributed systems
• Experience with modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Gemini, or Anthropic
• Strong understanding of APIs, Model Context Protocol, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
• Proven ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver complex solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling AI-powered applications or intelligent agent systems in production
• Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and retrieval systems
• Experience developing engineering standards and reusable developer capabilities
• Background in Solutions Engineering, Applied AI, or Developer Platforms
