Director, Solution Specialist - Third Party Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical expert to design solutions addressing client needs in AML/KYC, Data Management, and AI.
• Partner with frontline sales and practice leads as the pre-sales lead for Moody’s data and KYC solutions.
• Track global and regional regulatory requirements regarding Third Party Risk Management and translate them into solution-led engagement strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions to propose optimal solution designs, integration approaches, and custom data workflows.
• Showcase Moody’s value through Proof of Concept (POC) activities and lead the development of RFI/RFP responses.
• Act as a bridge between clients and product development teams to convey market feedback for product innovation.
• Deliver enablement sessions regarding the technical positioning of integration capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role within information services, data analytics, or enterprise software.
• Proven technical expertise in third-party risk management, supplier risk management, AML/Financial Crime compliance, or enterprise risk data solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including end-to-end data workflow design and multi-source integration.
• Deep understanding of structured and semi-structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Proficiency or experience with SQL, Python, or APIs for data integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to engage with clients face-to-face.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in exploring responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-oriented environments.
