Director, Solution Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire International Solutions Consulting teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
• Define and execute technical sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing customers
• Partner with international Sales leadership to achieve regional targets and influence GTM strategy
• Build and scale core pre-sales processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and POCs
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team of managers and consultants
• Analyze team performance using data-driven metrics such as influenced ARR and activity levels
• Act as a technical executive to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical sales roles within the SaaS industry
• 6+ years of experience leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing, multi-country teams
• Demonstrated success partnering with international Sales leadership to drive results
• Strong ability to influence cross-functionally across Product and Customer Experience teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing other managers
• Experience working with the MEDDICC sales qualification framework
• Previous experience with Figma, design tools, or development workflows
