About the Company

Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software. We are transforming how enterprises build software using an agentic platform that can execute a significant portion of software development work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Solution Architects within a dedicated enterprise vertical
• Act as an executive technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, pilot conversions, and expansion
• Lead technical discussions around software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
• Develop scalable frameworks, operational processes, and best practices for the Solutions Consulting organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, solutions consulting, or technical leadership
• Experience leading and scaling customer-facing technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products
• Background in developer tooling or enterprise SaaS
• Previous experience at major enterprise technology companies or consultancies
