Director, Software Delivery Assurance

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for business analysis, quality engineering, and release readiness
• Develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and establish standards for requirements gathering and traceability
• Integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) into the analysis process to support adoption and training
• Define and implement a unified enterprise testing framework and quality gates
• Develop QA KPIs including defect leakage, automation coverage, and release stability
• Implement test automation strategies and manage testing tools
• Establish standardized release readiness frameworks and coordinate release planning across enterprise platforms
• Ensure completion of testing, UAT validation, and documentation prior to production deployment

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or enterprise delivery functions
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM
• Familiarity with SOX-controlled systems and audit requirements
• Experience integrating business analysis, testing, and organizational readiness practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience within consumer goods, distribution, or manufacturing environments
