Director - Software Architect (.NET)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team in the implementation of Digital Marketing solutions for CDP and Loyalty platforms
• Drive the development and execution of technical strategies to meet project objectives and client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management
• Architect and design scalable solutions leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Act as a client-facing technical expert providing guidance and consultancy
• Oversee implementation of digital marketing initiatives including analytics, Customer 360, and Campaigns
• Manage and optimize processes related to AWS infrastructure, Databricks, ETL pipelines, SSO, and Open APIs
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 17+ years of professional experience
• Proven track record of leading large technical teams or Centers of Excellence (COE)
• Extensive experience architecting Digital Marketing solutions (CDP, Loyalty, messaging, campaigns, analytics)
• Strong proficiency in AWS, Databricks, ETL processes, and RDBMS
• Proficiency in C#, MVC, SOAP, and API integrations
• In-depth knowledge of .NET framework and architectural design patterns
• Experience with major digital marketing clouds such as Adobe, Google, Salesforce, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
