Director, Social Media & Technical Communications

About the Company

Radiant is looking for a senior social media and communications leader who can turn deep technical substance into public narrative, executive voice and market momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s social presence across executive and corporate channels, focusing on LinkedIn and technical platforms
• Develop social strategy, write content, shape voice, and track performance
• Build and sharpen the public voices of company executives through ghostwriting and talking points
• Translate complex technical topics (AI infrastructure, GPUs, datacenters) into clear, compelling communications
• Build and manage a proactive pipeline for speaking opportunities, podcast pitches, and award submissions
• Utilize modern marketing, AI, and analytics tools to increase output quality and velocity

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B technology communications, social media, or executive communications
• Proven experience communicating complex products or infrastructure to sophisticated audiences
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment skills
• Deep understanding of social media hooks, formats, and audience behavior
• High level of autonomy and resourcefulness
• Commercial awareness regarding brand and pipeline influence

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in high-growth B2B tech (AI infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or developer tools)
• Experience in technical agencies or high-growth startups
