About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee social media post and content review processes across Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok, Rumble, and podcasts
- Ensure all content aligns with mission, values, brand voice, and platform best practices
- Serve as the final quality control checkpoint before content publication
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, workflows, publishing schedules, and team priorities
- Drive accountability by tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve team efficiency
- Develop and maintain social media workflows, standards, and documentation
- Track and optimize reporting on key performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with design, content, email, and ads teams
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content operations
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and publishing workflows
