Director, Social, Creator & Culture

Responsibilities

• Own partner and creator programming, including identification, strategy, creative briefing, contracting, and performance measurement
• Negotiate and manage partnerships that deliver authentic, shareable moments
• Develop and execute social-first campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Be hands-on in content creation from ideation to publishing
• Integrate talent, influencer, and social activations into cohesive campaigns aligned with credit card launches and key sports moments
• Partner with social teams to track performance against awareness, engagement, and business impact goals
• Define and evolve the brand’s voice and presence within sports culture

Requirements

• 7–10+ years leading talent, influencer, or social content initiatives
• Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and sports culture
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and creator partnerships
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly creative with a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Strong network in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle creator ecosystems
