Director, Social and Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the full content and social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Set multi-tiered influencer strategies aligned with brand and commercial priorities
• Lead the Manager of Community Engagement and Manager of Influencer Marketing
• Partner with brand, product, paid media, and retail marketing teams for cohesive campaigns
• Oversee content franchises, ambassador programs, and creator negotiations
• Manage social KPIs including awareness, engagement, reach, and EMV
• Build reporting frameworks connecting content performance to business impact

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
• Deep expertise in Instagram and TikTok culture and mechanics
• Experience scaling EMV growth and measuring influencer performance
• Fluency in the beauty and/or wellness space
• Strong analytical skills and budget management experience
• Ability to provide creative direction for social-first content
