About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Security Engineers (Sales Engineers)
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to drive technical strategy across enterprise opportunities
- Provide executive-level technical engagement with CISOs and security architects
- Own the technical win strategy and improve win rates through structured discovery and demo frameworks
- Build scalable systems for technical qualification, POC methodologies, and solution architecture standards
- Act as the voice of the field to Product Management and Engineering
Requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
- 5+ years leading or managing Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering teams
- Expertise in NDR, XDR, identity threat detection, cloud security, SIEM, or SOC operations
- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence for engaging senior security leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth cybersecurity startups or scale-ups
- Background in security operations, incident response, or threat detection
- Familiarity with SASE, Zero Trust, and XDR ecosystems
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
