About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-disciplined Information Technology and Security continuous compliance program considering regulatory requirements and client demand
  • Lead the execution of an integrated compliance function across multiple lines of business, building trust-based relationships with senior leaders and regulators
  • Direct key projects and initiatives, making independent decisions on high-risk and complex matters to drive continuous process improvement
  • Establish and drive the achievement of strategic goals and priorities aligned with the overall firm
  • Provide active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing to junior staff and manage team work products
  • Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of recent experience in risk and compliance within a large professional services environment
  • Specialization in both physical and cyber security
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and compliance principles
  • Ability to analyze complex technical data and convey it to non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience balancing business objectives against IT and security risks
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
